In other words, CrossFit prepares people to perform well, at any and every task imaginable.

You don't need any experience in CrossFit training and you don't have to be an elite athlete to join! All you need is the desire to be the best you can be and willing to work hard.
City 4051 CrossFit will ensure that the transition into your training is as smooth and easy as possible.
All new individuals to CrossFit undergo an introduction course that ensures correct technique in the foundational movements, which introduces the beginner to correct technique in order to avoid injury.
It also offers you the chance to experience CrossFit training for the first time in a controlled and friendly environment with other beginners.
