3 Ring MU
6 Squat snatch 50kg (35kg)
9 Triple unders
12 Pistols

*sub for triples is 27 double unders



Spend 20min:
Building to a heavy double Squat Snatch
*Preferably done before daily WOD.


Accumualte:
4 minutes in a front plank.
*Add weight if you think you will go unbroken or only break once.
