We understand that at times you may require your membership to be put on hold or cancelled.

Administration will process your suspension form and you will receive an email confirmation.

All suspension forms are required 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

All Cancellations are required 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of your membership or suspension of your account is required to be actioned 7 days prior to the end of the month. There will be no refunds for accounts that are cancelled or suspended after this period. No refunds will be given for accounts that are charged due to members not extending the suspension period. All cancellations require a R16 form completed in full and handed to administration 7 days prior to the end of the billing period.
