Membership Cancellation Proceedure

We understand that other commitments may require your membership to be paused or canceled.

Please review the following requirements.

Membership on Hold

Administration will process your suspension form and you will receive an email confirmation.

All suspension forms are required 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership Cancellation

All requests to cancel your membership must be sent via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the date you wish the cancellation to come into effect.

Administration will process your suspension form and you will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation.

All Cancellations are required 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policies

All requests for membership cancellation or suspension are required to be submitted via email 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. There will be no refunds or credits applied for accounts that are canceled or suspended after a billing cycle, or within 7 days of a billing cycle. No refunds will be given for accounts that are charged due to members not extending the suspension period.
