Viking Wars is a 4 person team CrossFit inspired compeitition with 80 teams competing over 4 workouts within a one day event.

Viking Wars is an all inclusive event with workouts both having prescribed "RXD" and scaled versions for all teams.

    ONE DAY TEAM EVENT, TEAMS OF 4 CONSISTING OF 2 MALE AND 2 FEMALE. 4 CHALLENGING TEAM WORKOUTS ATHLETES OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME. WORKOUTS WILL INCLUDE SCALING OPTIONS
