Workout Intent:
Leg orientated workout, the goal should be to do everything unbroken and to just keep moving as best you can at a consistent pace. If you don’t need to deload then go for the larger rep scheme. There is no prescribed weight, you get to pick your own battle. But you should be able to keep moving all the way through.
