Workout Intent:
Leg orientated workout, the goal should be to do everything unbroken and to just keep moving as best you can at a consistent pace. If you don’t need to deload then go for the larger rep scheme. There is no prescribed weight, you get to pick your own battle. But you should be able to keep moving all the way through.

20 DB Box Step Ups

25 Burpees

20 DB Box Step Ups

*If you don’t want to deload, DB Box Steps 40*

Testing
20 minutes to find a
1 RM Front Squat


Front Squat 1x1
Front Squat for load:
#1: 1 rep



Hammer Curls
12-12-12
*Super set with max reps banded bicep curls*


Bench Press 4x2
Bench Press for load:
#1: 2 reps
#2: 2 reps
#3: 2 reps
#4: 2 reps
