To lift with an elevated heart rate. Pick the weight you want t o, it can be something you know you can hit comfortably. Or possibly play around at your upper percentages with the possibility of failing is real.

EMOM for 6 minutes
10 Lateral Burpee Over the Bar
2 Squat Cleans


Clean 1x1
Clean for load:
#1: 1 rep


EMOM for 15 minutes
1 Clean
*Squat OR Power*

Record your heaviest lift in the 1RM section, so it saves to your SugarWOD list



Banded Face Pulls + Banded Lat Pull Downs
