Workout Intent:
To improve your muscular endurance and cardio. Choose a weight for the cleans that is moderately heavy. Doing singles is a wise move because you are going into rope climbs or ring rows. For the shuttle runs, make both feet and one hand touch the ground past the line. Focus on slowing your breathing down to lower your heart rate during the rest.
