One month today I walked into my first crossfit class. I was sick with nerves and had no clue what I was doing. Today I completed by first Hero WOD. Had to scale down the HSPUs and Push Ups and only used 15kg but I feel great! ❤️
3rd crossfit day. No one else showed up at 8am so today it was a 1 on 1 session (worked out well since I'm a newbie). I couldn't understand how to properly do the push jerk, as frustrating as it was... I'm motivated to get back at it sunday ! I just purchased the 4/week pass.
