2 Minutes Handstand Hold/Handstand Walk
1 Person completes the hold while the other completes the movement e.g. one person does a plank hold while the other is doing push-ups.
You can only perform the movement while your partner is holding.
You can swap between the hold and the movement whenever you like. After 2 minutes, both partners move to the next station.
