Workout Intent:
To improve your cardio, squat snatching and toes to bar. Aim to hold a consistent pace and sets for most of the workout. Choose a weight that you can do quick singles without stepping away from the bar too often. The toes to bar should be completed in a maximum of 3-4 sets, scale back the reps if needed.
