To improve your cardio and muscular endurance. Aim to be consistent from round to round by pacing appropriately at the start and giving it your full effort in the later rounds. Focus on keeping the bar close to your body on the Muscle Snatches. Also, focus on your movement pattern and range of motion on the Ring Dips to ensure you get the most out of the exercise.
