Daily WOD
In Teams of 3 Complete AMRAP in 21 mins of:
12 Burpee Box Jump Overs 24” (20”)
12 DB Snatch 22.5kg (15kg)
1 Rope Climb

*One person working at a time.



Push-Ups
Accumulate 50 Push-ups in as Few Sets as Possible

*If you can do 50 reps in less than 3 sets, place your hands on plates. Record your number of sets.
