Workout Intent:
To improve your muscular endurance and stamina. Try your best to move at a consistent speed on the wall walks and minimise the time you spend laying on the floor. For the double unders, be as relaxed and as efficient as possible by using your lower arms to turn the rope over instead of predominantly your shoulders.
