10 Burpees
100 meter Run
10 Air Squats
100 meter Run
10 Push-Ups
100 meter Run
10 Sit-Ups
100 meter Run

*Comp Option = Burpee Over DB, DB Thruster 22.5kg/15kg, Ring Dip, Toes to Bar
*Must do ALL of these movements and do them RXD if you are choosing the competition option. You cannot do a partial competition option or scaled version.
