Workout Intent:
To improve your cardio, endurance and stamina. The first two minutes of each round need to be taken into consideration as a whole. Work hard but also go at a pace that you can maintain. Each round is going to require more effort and more focus to maintain the number of reps you completed in the earlier rounds.
