Every 2 Minutes for 5 Rounds:

-Increasing weight

10 Handstand Push-ups
10 Burpees
20 Sit-ups

-Start the AMRAP with a 45m Handstand Walk or Accumulate a 90sec Handstand Hold against a wall

Workout Intent:
To develop and improve your muscular endurance. The first set of handstand push-ups might feel quite difficult coming off the handstand walk so don't have a plan, rather go by feel. Move at a consistent pace on the burpees and focus on the speed/ cycle rate of the sit-ups.
